The Joint Commission

The Joint Commission has accredited the Center for Addiction Treatment since 1975. CAT has always met the Commission's high standards for its quality of care, treatment and services. 

Additionally, the Joint Commission monitors any concerns regarding the safety or quality of care provided by CAT. Those who have a concern or complaint can submit the concern/complaint to the Joint Commission via their website or submit in writing to:

Ohio Mental Health and Addiction Services

Ohio Mental Health and Addiction Services (OMHAS) has certified the Center for Addiction Treatment to operate both outpatient and residential treatment programs. It performs site visits every two years.

The Center for Addiction Treatment is an approved provider of drug and alcohol treatment by both the Ohio and Kentucky State Medical and Nursing Boards.

CAT meets the Better Business Bureau’s standards for charitable accountability, demonstrating a commitment to strong governance, financial transparency and ethical fundraising.
