Starting Treatment is as Easy as 1, 2, 3!

Step 2: Complete a Simple Screening
You’ll be asked general background and medical questions, helping us get the building blocks to set up your unique treatment plan.

Step 3: Eligibility for Care is Confirmed
You can either bring in a valid state ID or both a Vesta ID and homeless certificate for proof of residency and identity.
We accept Ohio Medicaid and Hamilton County funding for those eligible. Our team will look into funding and get you set up for treatment; congratulations!
Joining Us for Inpatient Care? Here’s what to Expect Next:
After your phone screening and confirmation of eligibility, you’ll be scheduled for admission as soon as a bed is available! availability ranges hour-to-hour, but most patients are admitted between same day to 48 hours.
Once your bed is ready and you arrive, we will go through the intake process and your recovery journey will begin! For a list of items you can and can’t bring to treatment, click here.

Go to our Spaulding building located at 834 Ezzard Charles Drive.
We have *Open Access for our 11+ Outpatient addiction, mental health, and family services! Simply walk-in after you’ve completed your phone screen to be assessed by a trained, licensed counselor. From there, they will determine the care plan that works best for you!
*Please note: Assesment is not the same as admission. Phone screenings must be completed before arrival. While we do accept walk-ins for Residential Non-Detox Treatment assessment, we cannot guarantee walk-in admission. Walk-in assessments are NOT available for those seeking detox at this time.
