Wednesday February 15, 2023
CINCINNATI, February 15, 2023 – Center for Addiction Treatment (CAT) is pleased to announce the permanent appointment of Patti L. Webb as Chief Executive Officer, effective February 13, 2023.
Webb will utilize her 24 years of leadership excellence within the organization to continue enriching CAT’s commitment to providing recovery within reach for the Greater Cincinnati area. Prior to this transition, Webb was acting tandemly in the role of Interim CEO and Chief Administrative Officer of the organization.
“It has been my profound honor to serve our vibrant community throughout my nearly 25 years at CAT, and now, it is my privilege to amplify these efforts in my newfound position of CEO,” shares Webb. “As the longest standing addiction treatment center in the region, I am eager to uplift and develop CAT’s 50+ years of dedication to saving lives and rebuilding families through our accessible recovery services. To our patients, team, alumni, and community partners, please know it is my greatest pleasure to continue making the ‘CAT house’ our community’s recovery home.”
Webb pairs her notable leadership history at the agency with a health industry specialization garnered through prior tenures at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center and Drake Center. Her key experience in multiple aspects of the organization, including patient admissions and quality assurance, grants her an essential perspective into elevating CAT’s recovery treatment and service endeavors.
“This unanimous appointment is a direct testament to Patti’s efforts not only during her tenure as Interim CEO, but to her extensive leadership success,” says CAT’s Board of Directors Chair, Marcus Thompson. “We look forward to this new phase in CAT’s leadership and the proven guidance Patti will continue to foster within our organization.”
