Inpatient vs. Outpatient
We understand that everyone’s recovery journey looks different. By providing both Residential Detox & Treatment services, as well as 9+ Outpatient programs, patients are empowered to take the path that best fits their needs.
Clients in need of more attentive, immersive detox or treatment may benefit best from the comfort of 24/7 Residential care. Patients seeking customized support flexible to their schedule and lifestyle may prefer to engage in our Outpatient services.

Our Inpatient Recovery Services
Residential Treatment
Short-Term Residential Treatment offers round-the-clock care for patients on their recovery journeys.
With the help of a counselor, peer supporters, and case managers, clients engage in individual therapy, group therapy, psycho-education groups and more in the warmth of our interactive facility. Click the button below to learn more.
Inpatient Detox
Often the first step for many on their recovery path, patients enrolled in this service are provided essential 24-hour, detoxification care.
In addition to receiving doctor and/or nurse practitioner observation and aid from our caring & qualified nurses, clients also benefit from counseling, peer support, and group sessions.

In addition to our wide range of Outpatient programs, we also offer individual counseling for individuals seeking treatment for substance use and mental health symptoms.

Our Outpatient Recovery Services
Intensive Outpatient Program
CAT’s Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offers patients evidence-based, individual and group counseling services.
Clients experience a schedule that’s more flexible than Residential services, but more intensive than standard outpatient counseling.
Medication Assisted Treatment
CAT offers multiple options for Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), including Vivitrol, Naltrexone, and Suboxone.
Pairing MAT with other clinical services and a strong support system provides a great opportunity for recovery.
The Gambling Program
This program provides patients with gambling disorder treatment customized to fit their lifestyles and needs.
Through evidence-based methods, treatment options combine virtual group counseling or individual counseling with follow up & one-on-one aftercare.
Recovery Peer Group (new!)
Outpatient, peer-led support is finally here! This Peer Support based program may just be the perfect fit for your recovery journey.
In this new group, clients benefit from evidence-based care led by certified professionals with lived recovery experience as they build upon the foundational stages of recovery.
Partial Hospitalization Program (new!)
Seeking a support experience similar to Residential during the day, paired with the comfort of returning home in the evenings? Look no further!
Designed to support the early recovery journey, clients benefit from individual & group sessions five days a week, as well as access to key recovery resources.
Outpatient Counseling
In addition to our wide range of Outpatient programs, we also offer individual counseling for individuals seeking treatment for substance use and mental health symptoms.
Outpatient Counseling provides clients the opportunity to connect and build upon goals with a licensed counselor on a schedule that best fits their unique needs.
Substance Abuse Mental Illness Group
Known as the SAMI Group, this service meets the needs of patients in any stage of recovery with ongoing mental health concerns.
Participants engage side by side with peers weekly in education and mindfulness-based programming facilitated by a licensed mental health counselor.
Outpatient Grief Services
Access to customized bereavement services is an essential healing tool for many on their recovery journeys.
Our grief services were designed to support patients experiencing the disease of addiction alongside grief and/or loss as they explore bereavement and coping through an evidence-based curriculum.
Rebuilding Families: It’s what we do.
Healing from the disease of addiction doesn’t stop at just the individual suffering from a drug, alcohol, or gambling dependence.
In addition to providing addiction care, we’re proud to offer three programs designed specifically for families to receive the essential support they deserve.

Our Outpatient Family Services
Family and Couple Counseling
CAT offers care not only for those in recovery, but also for their loved ones.
Utilizing a healing-based process, family members of those with the disease of addiction are given the tools they need to find healing for themselves and rebuild their relationships through couple and/or group counseling.
Family Education Group (free!)
Everyone deserves support. That’s why we’re proud to offer the Family Education Group, a no-cost, weekly support program available publicly to any loved ones of those impacted by the disease of addiction.
Attendees have the opportunity to learn how to support their loved one experiencing addiction and themselves across 12 weekly sessions.
Fatherhood Services
Created to fill an identified community need, this service aims to bridge the current gap between parenting classes and existing recovery care materials for fathers in recovery.
This innovative, clinical service and group offering is the only of its kind in the region.
