Chief Executive Officer and President
Patti has dedicated nearly 25 years to serving CAT’s clients. As Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and President, Patti utilizes her extensive leadership background to focus on fostering and maintaining a culture of excellence across the organization.

Sharlene Brown
Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Since joining the CAT team, Sharlene continues to demonstrate a commitment to enhancing our patients’ recovery journeys. In her role as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), she is responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial operations and facilities operations.

Rachel Johnson, MS, LPCC-S
Vice President of Clinical Services
Rachel provides clinical oversight and program management of our Inpatient and Outpatient counseling team. She is committed to ensuring CAT offers the best care possible to people seeking recovery from the disease of addiction and co-occurring disorders.

Maria Perdikakis, RN
Vice President of Nursing
Maria’s commitment to serving under served communities has spanned across over a decade of healthcare administrative and leadership experience in the public sector. She directs our Nursing and Patient Care Technician team, placing an emphasis on maintaining and elevating our premier medical services.

Denise Kelley, M.Ed. HRD
Vice President of Human Resources
Denise implements our organization’s vision to inspire staff and patients alike by providing support across all aspects of recruitment and employment. She brings both her Master of Education in Human Resources Development and 15+ years of Human Resources experience in the health services sector to the table.

Gay Vincent
Executive Assistant to the President/CEO
Through her 37 years of experience working in the addiction and mental health sphere, 17 of which she has spent serving at CAT, Gay continues to display an immense commitment to uplifting our organization’s recovery mission. She utilizes her diverse range of experience to aid in our agency’s executive efforts to ensure recovery is within reach for all who seek it.

Marcus Thompson
President
Marcus is the Community Development Manager for SKANSKA, a world leading project development and construction group. He also brings financial services and talent acquisition experience to the Board.
Bill Theis
Vice President
Bill Theis joined the CAT Board in 2021, bringing over 35 years of experience with him. He serves as a managing partner of Quality Culture Partners.
Maura Kelly, CFP
Secretary
Maura, who is a Senior Portfolio Manager for Bahl & Gaynor, joined the CAT Board in 2019. She has spent nearly 20 years in the wealth management industry.
David Pfeiffer, CPA
Treasurer
As a Certified Public Accountant since 1997, David works as a Senior Accountant at Mellot & Mellot, PLL. He joined the CAT Board of Trustees in 2021 with the vision of continuing our organization’s success in assisting those conquering addiction.
Kevin Flynn, ESQ
Kevin is of counsel with the law firm of Griffin Fletcher & Herndon, LLP, and has been an adjunct professor at the University of Cincinnati, College of Law for the past 26 years.
Carl Adkins CFP, CWS
Carl has served as a financial advisor for several reputable firms, including his current position as Managing Director – Investments at Sentinel Private Wealth Group of Wells Fargo Advisors.
Thea Langsam
Thea, Deputy General Counsel & Senior Vice President of Fifth Third Bank, is an experienced litigator who previously served as a clerk for judges on the U.S. Courts of Appeals in San Francisco and Delaware.
Scott Provancher
Scott brings over 20 years of non-profit management and fundraising leadership to the Board. He is the President and CEO of Ignite Philanthropy.
Shane Deeds
Shane Deeds, MBA, is employed by the well established Cincinnati native corporation Procter & Gamble. The University of Cincinnati graduate previously worked as a Government Bids Processor.
Everett Gibson
Everett joined CAT’s board in 2021 and brings his eight years of experience at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital as a Healthcare Revenue Cycle Professional to CAT’s table.
Jennifer Lanzillotta-Rangeley
Jennifer, a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist, serves as an Assistant Professor for the University of Cincinnati and is an affiliate of Highland District Hospital.
