Patti has dedicated nearly 25 years to serving CAT’s clients. As Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and President, Patti utilizes her extensive leadership background to focus on fostering and maintaining a culture of excellence across the organization.
Rachel Johnson, PhD, LPCC-S
Vice President of Clinical Services
Rachel provides clinical oversight and program management of our Inpatient and Outpatient counseling team. She is committed to ensuring CAT offers the best care possible to people seeking recovery from the disease of addiction and co-occurring disorders.

Bill Theis
President
Bill Theis joined the Board in 2021 and currently serves as Board Chair. He brings more than 35 years of executive leadership experience in food & beverage operations across multi-site, high-growth organizations. Throughout his career, he has focused on governance, risk management, and operational excellence— expertise he now applies in support of CAT’s mission and long-term sustainability.
Thea Langsam
Vice President
Thea, Deputy General Counsel & Senior Vice President of Fifth Third Bank, is an experienced litigator who previously served as a clerk for judges on the U.S. Courts of Appeals in San Francisco and Delaware.
David Pfeiffer, CPA
Treasurer
David, a Certified Public Accountant since 1997, works as an Audit Manager and Accounting Information Systems Consultant at Mellott & Mellot.
Maura Kelly, CFP
Trustees Emeritus
When she’s not making waves of impact at the CAT House, Maura serves as a Senior Portfolio Manager at Bahl & Gaynor.
Shane Deeds
Shane Deeds, MBA, is employed by the well established Cincinnati native corporation Procter & Gamble.
Everett Gibson
Everett joined CAT’s board in 2021 and brings his fifteen years of experience at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital as a Healthcare Revenue Cycle Professional to CAT’s table.

As a Human Resources Director at Integrity Express Logistics, Victoria brings strategic expertise in human capital to our board.
Jeffrey Stec
Jeffrey is a Culture Transformation Facilitator at Connect Deeply, Accomplish More. He helps us align our organizational behavior with mission-driven goals.

Deon Mack is a retired City of Cincinnati Police Sergeant. His 26-year background in Law Enforcement offers unique insights into crisis management, community demands, and safety protocols.
