Chellie McLellan
President and Chief Executive Officer
Chellie joined the organization in June of 2020. She’s focusing on fostering and maintaining a culture of excellence by consistently applying her comprehensive fundraising, financial, and management backgrounds to the daily ins and outs of the organization.

Sharlene Brown
Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Sharlene joined the CAT team in January of 2020. In her role as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), she is responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial operations.

Kat Engel, R.N.
Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer, Kat provides leadership, support, and education to staff to ensure that our day-to-day operations continue to provide the highest quality care to CAT’s patients.

Scott Miller
Medical Director
Scott provides direct patient care and medical care leadership in his role as CAT’s Medical Director. He works hard to ensure CAT’s service align with the most recent, evidence-based care models to best meet the needs of our clients.

Patti Webb, RHIT, CHTS-PW
Chief Administrative Officer
Patti has dedicated more than 20 years to serving CAT’s clients. As Chief Administrative Officer, Patti provides management of access to services, as well as oversight of all patient information related policies and processes.

Marcus Thompson
President
Marcus is the Community Development Manager for SKANSKA, a world leading project development and construction group. He also brings financial services and talent acquisition experience to the Board.
David Ritter
Vice President
CAT’s Vice President, David Ritter, joined CAT Board in 2012 and is a self-employed healthcare, media, and business consultant.
Maura Kelly, CFP
Secretary
Maura, who is a Senior Portfolio Manager for Bahl & Gaynor, joined the CAT Board in 2019. She has spent nearly 20 years in the wealth management industry.
Michael Haas, CTP
Treasurer
Michael Haas is the Vice President of Healthcare and Corporate Finance for Fifth Third Bank, where he specializes in commercial banking. He joined the CAT Board in 2012.
Kevin Flynn, ESQ
Kevin is of counsel with the law firm of Griffin Fletcher & Herndon, LLP, and has been an adjunct professor at the University of Cincinnati, College of Law for the past 26 years.
Carl Adkins CFP, CWS
Carl has served as a wealth advisor for several reputable firms, including his current position as Managing Director – Investments at Wells Fargo Advisors.
Joe P. Tomain
Joe Tomain has been employed with the University of Cincinnati College of Law since 1983. He currently serves as the dean emeritus and the Wilbert & Helen Ziegler professor of Law.
Chrissey Barrett Haslam
Chrissey Barrett Haslam has been on CAT’s Board since 2016. Chrissey has been employed by The Children’s Home of Cincinnati and Lumiere Healing Centers since May, 2016, where she specializes in community relations.
Angie Clark, Ph. D, RN
Angie serves as the Executive Director of Undergraduate and Pre-Licensure Nursing Programs at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, with research specializations in addiction treatment and opioids.
Everett Gibson
Everett joined CAT’s board in 2021 and brings his eight years of experience at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital as a Healthcare Revenue Cycle Professional to CAT’s table.
Scott Provancher
Scott brings over 20 years of non-profit management and fundraising leadership to the Board. He is the President and CEO of Ignite Philanthropy.
Bill Theis
Bill Theis joined the CAT Board in 2021, bringing over 35 years of experience with him. He serves as a managing partner of Quality Culture Partners.
David Pfieffer, CPA
As a Certified Public Accountant since 1997, David works as a Senior Accountant at Mellot & Mellot, PLL. He joined the CAT Board of Trustees in 2021 with the vision of continuing our organization’s success in assisting those conquering addiction.
